Why Mark Littler Ltd. was created

In 2016, after 8 years working in the auction industry, Mark was inspired to set up his business due to his wife Katy’s career as an independent financial advisor.

In finance it is expected that customers have all the options explained to them, rather than just be sold one service. Whereas Mark’s experience in the antiques and collectable whisky industry had left him feeling that customers were not being fairly represented.

After 5 years working in North Yorkshire for the largest provincial saleroom in the UK, Mark moved back to Cheshire to set up an independent consultancy. The basis of Mark’s business would be to give clients honest advice on how best to sell their items whether that be via auction or a private sale.

In 2018 Mark Littler Ltd. was incorporated and continues to expand by offering a sought-after combination of honesty, exceptional industry contacts and great value. Furthermore we continue to get our customers the best price for their items.
